One of our customers has asked us to test M10 (type 3261) nozzles at 1200 bar (± 18.000 PSI), in the factory they tested all the sapphire nozzles individual at 3500 bar (± 50.000 PSI).
On attached picture taken at 20,000 PSI and note that the clear coherent jet length is well over 2" (50mm).
So by running at 1200 bar the stream will be even more coherent.
Those sapphire nozzles mostly used for concrete cutting, surface cleaning , line removal and cutting paper have proofed the long cohesive jet quality and the long life
