M6 sapphire nozzles unknown lifetime!!!

In August 2009 we introduced the new M6 sapphire nozzle.

The nozzle is a combination of sapphire and seat in one piece, so easy to change and no problem with stocking seats in the spray bar.

Our customer is using nozzles for surfacing runways (2500 bar).


After two months use, our customer told us that the nozzles are still in the nozzle bar and give a perfect cleaning performance at less rpm of the engine (diesel - pump parts savings). Also very important,  the lifetime is excellent, "we normally would have changed the nozzles already three times by now, but they are still perfect, so bad business for you Salomon!!" customer says.
