On attached photo you will see the inside of our M10 nozzles type 3261, picture is made through the microscope and use focus - stacking
It is obvious that there is contamination in the system which caused premature orifice failure
Working pressure of the pump is 2500 bar (36K) and using 1 micron filtration, orifice diameter is 0,15 mm.
We get very few complaints, but if we get one, we take it very seriously as you see!!!.
