The COBRA is an air-operated control gun with a rotating barrel. The simple robust design, combined with the high quality of manufacture, makes this the perfect tool for Ultra High Pressure Jetting applications. When used together with our Tri-Mode Control Valve, the combination is the most cost effective and easy to use and maintain system on the market. It is ideal for the removal of paint and corrosion leaving a white metal finish, which is ready for coating.
Water jetting at ultra-high pressures produces a surface which is equal to NACE No. 5/SSPC-SP12.
Many of the major coating and paint manufacturers recommend the use of water jetting for surface preparation, and they produce coating products especially formulated for surfaces prepared by this method.
The environmental advantages of high pressure and ultra-high pressure water blasting for industrial cleaning are widely recognized, making it the preferred method for many important industries.
