Hand held nozzles used to be cleaning the working area before or after cleaning, or to move with power the dirt in a drain forwards.(Less back pressure same effect...use the Mini Push Nozzle 25 : 3-613096)
These nozzles are prohibited in some countries (including Holland & Belgium) due to the danger of shooting through the hand.
Preferably use a gun or hand held nozzle with safety ring ( M10 or ¾" version) so it can't slip through your hand.
